Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 24, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from so much of the order as denied reargument is granted, that portion of the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the motion is otherwise denied.
