In the Matter of Joseph Bisagni, respondent,

v Michelle Taormina, appellant.

(Docket No. V-5979-2019/2019B)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Michelle Taormina from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 5, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to pay the motion filing fee (see CPLR 8022[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.

SCHEINKMAN, P.J., LASALLE, BRATHWAITE NELSON and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
