Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 15, 2020. Motion by the appellant to enjoin the respondents, inter alia, from acting on any license or permit to erect the subject accessory garage on the subject premises, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
