2016-06065, 2016-06069 Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., etc., respondent, v Marie Kosen, et al., appellants, et al., defendants. (Index No. 1034/2010)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated March 7, 2016. By order to show cause dated March 20, 2018, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, on February 14, 2017.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., LASALLE, BRATHWAITE NELSON and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
