Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until October 19, 2020 and a copy of this decision and order shall be mailed to said appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to said appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay is denied, without costs, as unnecessary.
