| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 24, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for a preliminary injunction pursuant to CPLR 5518 to enjoin the respondents from selling or renting the subject properties, and to direct that all rental income received concerning the subject properties be deposited with the Suffolk County Clerk, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
