Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 18, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 4, 2019. Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue the appeal and, in effect, for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to reargue the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 17, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
