DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 8, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Supreme Court, Queens County, is directed to hold a hearing upon the subject child's return to the State of New York to determine if New York has jurisdiction over issues of custody of the subject child, and, if so, whether the Supreme Court intends to exercise that jurisdiction.
