DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Leon Henry from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 27, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2020. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appeal, or, in the alternative, to amend the decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2020, by deleting from the appearances and the last paragraph thereof the word "children" and substituting therefor the word "child."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2020, is granted and the decision and order of this Court dated June 3, 2020, is amended by deleting from the appearances and the last paragraph thereof the word "children" and substituting therefor the word "child."
