By order dated February 6, 2020,
appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter
dated July 15, 2020, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to
appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated August 17, 2020,
counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated August 18,
2020, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by September 10, 2020.
Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do
so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it
is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
