An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered April 27, 2020, and an application having been made by Paul Skavina, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Courtney S. Radick, Esq., 26 East Oneida Street, Oswego, New York 13126-2695, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before October 28, 2020, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
