Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Charles J. Greenberg, Esq., 3840 East Robinson Road, Suite 318, Amherst, New York 14228, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal in place and stead of Peter P. Vasilion, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Erie County Family Court Clerk provide Charles J. Greenberg, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based and,
It is further ORDERED that the dismissal of the appeal is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before November 27, 2020.
