Appeals by Claudia Quintanilla-McDonald, and separate appeals by Marcus I. F., from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated May 1, 2020. Appeal by Claudia McDonald, and separate appeal by Marcus I. F., from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, also dated May 1, 2020. Motion by Marcus I. F., inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to vacate an order to show cause of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 2, 2020, and direct that he remain in the State of Florida.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
