(admitted as John David Horenstein) The motion is granted to the extent that petitioner is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of New York, effective immediately, and is directed to report to the Committee biannually regarding his compliance with his payment agreements with tax authorities and to provide documentary proof of same, and to submit documentary proof of his efforts to satisfy his CLE requirements. No opinion. All concur.
