DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to perfect the appeal, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 20, 2020, and the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670[b]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
