Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered April 20, 2018, to have this court take judicial notice of People v Galindo (2020 WL 3494231 [App Term, 2d Dept, 2d, 11th & 13th Jud Dists, June 12, 2020]).
