Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 10, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with the transcript of the minutes of the grand jury proceeding and to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material, to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is extended and on or before December 7, 2020, the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
