Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, one dated June 18, 2019, and two dated December 16, 2019, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated June 18, 2019. The appeals from the order dated December 16, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-14426, and the appeals from the order dated June 18, 2019, and the order and judgment, were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 31, 2020.
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 16, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-14425, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 16, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-14425, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is extended, and on or before November 6, 2020, the appellant shall serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
