Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 12, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two subpoenas ducem tecum dated May 20, 2020, and August 13, 2020, respectively, to the extent allowed by the order dated August 12, 2020, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the subpoenas ducem tecum dated May 20, 2020, and August 13, 2020, to the extent allowed by the order dated August 12, 2020, is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
