Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated September 5, 2019, and February 5, 2020, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 5, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
