DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Evelyn Clifford for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated September 4, 2020, and, in effect, an order to show cause of the same court dated August 27, 2020, and to stay enforcement of the order and direct that the subject child remain in her care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Application by Evelyn Clifford pursuant to CPLR 5704, in effect, to modify the order to show cause dated August 27, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is denied.
