DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Nicolas Marinho from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated August 31, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the orders and to stay future filings for custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to remit the matter for a de novo hearing.
