2020-06074 In the Matter of Beata Pankiewicz, respondent, v Raul Fabian Vega, appellant. (Docket Nos. V-2280-2016, V-2281-2016)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Raul Fabian Vega from a purported order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 28, 2020. By order to show cause dated August 28, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 28, 2020, was issued in the above-entitled proceedings.
Now, on the Court's own motion and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., BALKIN, LEVENTHAL and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
