Appeal by Eric D. Gilchrist from a purported judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered December 6, 2018. By order to show cause dated August 20, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no judgment was rendered December 6, 2018, in the above-entitled proceeding.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers have been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
