| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 23, 2015. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and to extend the time to "perfect his motion to the lower court . . . via CPL 440.10."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 9, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to "perfect his motion to the lower court . . . via CPL 440.10" is denied without prejudice to making a motion in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for any relief deemed appropriate.
