| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 19, 2020. Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appellant's appendix, to extend the time to perfect the appeal and, for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) to waive certification of the appellant's appendix is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the appellant's appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF is extended until December 8, 2020, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that motion is otherwise denied.
