Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 22, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Motion by the respondent for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied; and it is further,
