Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, entered October 8, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as defendant has obtained an automatic stay by posting an undertaking with the District Court (see CPLR 5519 [a] [2]).
