On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 17, 2020, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by Eslam M. Abdeldayem pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 8, 2019, under Superior Court Information No. 30/2019, and an execution of sentence of the same court which occurred on February 8, 2019, under Indictment No. 2542/2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to take an appeal from the judgment rendered February 8, 2019, under Superior Court Information No. 30/2019, is granted and the moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal from that judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an extension of time to take an appeal from the execution of sentence which occurred on February 8, 2019, is denied.
