| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported "Order/decision" the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 6, 2020. By order to show cause dated July 28, 2020, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order dated February 6, 2020, was issued in the above-entitled action. Motion by the appellant "to reargue [and] renew[]," and to vacate a certain judgment of foreclosure.
Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
