The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, v Reynold Cato, Defendant.

Application by defendant, pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, dated July 15, 2019, which denied defendant's motion, pursuant to CPL 440.10, to vacate a judgment convicting him of a felony.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is transferred to the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department (see NY Const, art VI, § 5 [b]).
