It is hereby ORDERED that Keliann M. Argy, Esq., 6459 West Quaker Street, Orchard Park, New York 14127-2399, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered December 2, 2019, in place and stead of Keliann M. Argy, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Wyoming County Family Court Clerk provide Keliann M. Argy, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to December 14, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
