| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and appeals from two judgments of the same court, both entered August 7, 2018, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies from judgments entered upon the default of the appealing party. Motion by the appellant to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2019, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the order, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
