DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 18, 2018. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to be provided with a pdf of the original papers without charge and to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a pdf of the original papers without charge is denied as academic as the appellant has obtained a copy of the original papers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal and the application for that relief are granted, the appellant's time to serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, and upload, through the digital portal on this Court's website, digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief is extended until December 3, 2020, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
