Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 15, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that the respondent have exclusive use and occupancy of the subject marital premises, and to direct that she have exclusive use and occupancy of the subject marital premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
