| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 23, 2019, and to substitute retained counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to relieve assigned counsel, to substitute retained counsel, and to continue the appellant's status as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including proof that the appellant has not supplied the money used by an "anonymous donor" to pay the retained counsel's fee.
