Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated September 3, 2019, to vacate the stay pending determination of the appeal which this court granted by decision and order on motion dated December 13, 2019 and continued by decision and order on motion dated February 25, 2020.
