The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Carlos Galindo, Appellant.

Motion by respondent, in effect, for leave to reargue so much of an appeal as was from so much of a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered August 18, 2016 as convicted appellant of consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in certain motor vehicles and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, which appeal was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 12, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
