Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 22, 2019. By order to show cause dated July 28, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order dated April 22, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action, and Gina Insigne was not aggrieved by any order issued in the above-entitled action.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
