Appeal by Nassau County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 16, 2020. Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed that Tia L. B. have care and custody of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
