| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Gary John Robbins for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Robbins was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on August 20, 1997. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 18, 2016, Mr. Robbins was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective June 20, 2016 (Matter of Robbins, 141 AD3d 14).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Gary John Robbins's character and fitness to practice law.
