An order having been entered on April 11, 2019, granting respondent-appellant's motion to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Mark Funk, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals, and an order having been entered on June 25, 2020, substituting Christine F. Redfield, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,

Now, upon the Court's own motion,

It is hereby ORDERED that Beth Ratchford, Esq., 23 Coach Street, Suite 1B, Canandaigua, New York 14424, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered February 13, 2019, in place and stead of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Beth Ratchford, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to December 14, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
