ORDERED that the motion to strike is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issue involved being raised upon the argument of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an expedited appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeal is set down for the December 2020 term of the Court. The briefs of respondent Cortland County Department of Social Service and the Attorney for the Child shall be filed and served on or before October 28, 2020.
