DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Alicia Hanrahan from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 28, 2020. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and reinstate certain split parenting time pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to appoint an attorney for the child, and to direct the respondent to produce trial exhibits.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
