Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2019. Motion by the respondents 19 Kingsland Avenue HDFC and 463 Classon Avenue HDFC to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents 19 Kingsland Avenue HDFC and 463 Classon Avenue HDFC to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before November 23, 2020, the respondents 19 Kingsland Avenue HDFC and 463 Classon Avenue HDFC shall serve their brief and upload a digital copy of their brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of their brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
