Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2020. By order to show cause dated August 20, 2020, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order entered January 29, 2020, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers have been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
