Appeal from an amended judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 31, 2020. Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of said amended judgment, and to be released on his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail.
