| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals and cross appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 20, 2019, and an amended decision of the same court dated May 20, 2019. By order to show cause dated August 28, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals and cross appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals and cross appeals is granted, and the appeals and cross appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509).
CHAMBERS, J.P., MALTESE, LASALLE and IANNACCI, JJ., concur.
