Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 14, 2020. Motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal insofar as taken by the appellants Joseph S. Libertella and Michele L. Libertella on the ground that those appellants are not aggrieved by the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal insofar as taken by the appellants Joseph S. Libertella and Michele L. Libertella is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
