DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 15, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and to be furnished with copies of the typewritten transcripts of the proceedings, if any.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED on the Court's own motion, the brief filed by former assigned counsel, Kenyon C. Trachte, is stricken in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 28, 2020, which relieved former assigned counsel and assigned new counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew, after new assigned counsel files a brief on behalf of the appellant.
